Order processing time
The order fulfillment process includes:
1. Preparation of products for shipment.
2. Delivery of the product to the customer.
The maximum preparation time for product shipment is 10 days, but typically ranges from 2 to 5 business days.
The delivery time of the order depends on the ordering country.
Delivery time is calculated from the moment the courier label is generated, i.e., when the product is ready to leave the warehouse, and is as follows:
For Poland: 1-2 business days
For EU countries: 2-5 business days
For countries outside the EU: 5-10 business days
Referring to the above delivery times, the maximum order fulfillment time from the time of placement to delivery to the specified address is:
For Poland: 12 business days
For EU countries: 15 business days
For countries outside the EU: 20 business days
Delivery costs
The delivery costs for each set are visible in the shopping cart after selecting the products.
For wholesale orders, shipping costs are calculated individually.
For orders placed via email or phone, the delivery cost is provided by the support staff.
