Accessibility
This is a translation. If the language versions differ, the Polish version prevails.
We want everyone to be able to use our website and shop comfortably, including people who use a screen reader, only a keyboard or magnification.
1. Our service
The jollyheap.com website presents JollyHeap soft blocks and is an online shop: you can browse the products, configure a set, place and pay for an order and write to us through a form. The service is provided by “JOLLY-HEAP” Svitlana Sapunova; details are on the Legal notice page. The rules for using the website and buying are set out in the terms and conditions.
2. How we meet the accessibility requirements
We design and test the website against WCAG 2.1 level AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) and the European standard EN 301 549, in line with the Polish Act of 26 April 2024 on ensuring compliance with the accessibility requirements of certain products and services by economic operators. In practice:
- the pages are plain text with headings and marked page regions, and the language of each version is set in the code, so a screen reader uses the right voice;
- photos and illustrations have text descriptions;
- the layout adapts to the width of the screen, and text can be enlarged without losing content;
- form and checkout fields have visible labels, and mandatory fields are marked;
- the legal documents are text on the page, and the model withdrawal form is also available as a PDF.
3. Known limitations
We last reviewed accessibility on 30 September 2026. We know about the following problems and are fixing them:
- some animations (changing words, carousels, looping videos) cannot yet be stopped with a pause button;
- some text on coloured backgrounds has too little contrast, and the focus outline when moving with the keyboard can be hard to see on a blue background;
- there is no “Skip to content” link to bypass the menu;
- the colourways of the sets are described by colour codes, without names;
- the forms and the checkout do not always announce error and confirmation messages to screen readers;
- card payment takes place on the page of the payment provider Revolut, whose accessibility we cannot influence. If it causes you difficulty, you can pay by bank transfer or place your order by e-mail.
4. Report a problem
If something on the website is not accessible to you, write to info@jollyheap.com or call +48 71 880 87 27. Tell us which page it is and describe the problem. We will reply within 30 days at the latest and, where possible, give you the information you need in another form straight away or help you place your order.
You can also send us a complaint about the accessibility requirements not being met. Include your name, how you would like us to contact you (address, e-mail or phone), the page or function concerned and what you expect. We will deal with it within 30 days.
5. Supervision
Anyone can notify the President of the Management Board of the Polish State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (PFRON) that a service does not meet the accessibility requirements. In Poland, the accessibility of e-commerce services is supervised by the minister responsible for computerisation (digital affairs).
