Multi-sensory room equipment
Build calm-down and stimulation zones from one set
Multi-sensory room equipment made from soft magnetic blocks: you build safe hideouts, paths and places for touch and movement, then rearrange them for each child.
Why blocks work in a multi-sensory room
A mobile multi-sensory room built from soft, movable blocks, so you fit the space to the child, not the other way round. Pick an area to see what the child does.

Large, light blocks to lift, stack and move around, so movement and touch go hand in hand.

The soft texture and carrying and stacking large pieces engage the senses and the body, naturally, through play.

Build a hideout to shut out stimuli, or a course and a wall for active stimulation, and change the layout in a few minutes.

Soft walls create a safe corner for shutting out stimuli and calming down.

Soft foam with no hard edges, so a child can fall on the blocks, climb them and throw them. EN 71 certified and CE marked.

Take the blocks apart and build again, so the room adapts to the child and the session, not the other way round.
Silence and acoustic comfort
Even 22 dB quieter
in a JollyHeap fort
The same gap separates street noise from a quiet room. No more overstimulation: the very presence of the blocks in a room reduces perceived noise by up to 30%.*
* Noise reduction depends on the ratio of blocks to room size. We reached 30% with 20 blocks per m² of space.
Recommended sets for a multi-sensory room

Medium · 50 blocks
A first station in a small room: a path, a soft platform or a hideout for one child.

Basic · 100 blocks
A hideout and a stimulation course can stand at the same time.

Joy · 150 blocks
A large room and group sessions: several zones at once and spare blocks for rebuilding.
An investment that works for years
You buy one tool and use it in many ways. For years, with no electronics that break down, no plastic that snaps, and no tiny parts that get lost in no time.
Built to last
Six years in a playroom is just a warm-up. After six years in our showroom the blocks still looked good enough for a commercial photo shoot.
Service & warranty
3-year warranty, 10 years on the magnets, and after that we replace worn blocks at a preferential price.
Made in Poland
Producing a single block takes 6 people and 25 minutes of handwork.

Frequently asked questions
Before you size a set, the things institutions ask about most.
What multi-sensory room equipment can you make from blocks?
In a multi-sensory room, large soft magnetic blocks become a hideout for shutting out stimuli, a path over a soft surface and a wall for carrying and stacking pieces. The layout changes in a few minutes, and after the session the blocks pack away into a cube. A structure that falls makes no noise, so it doesn’t pull the child out of a calm state.
Why do the sets come in two colours?
Blocks of one colour carry the N pole, blocks of the other colour the S pole. Only opposite poles connect, which means blocks of different colours, and children work the rule out intuitively as they play. It is also excellent hand–eye coordination practice.
Can I buy more blocks for my set later on?
Yes. All JollyHeap sets are compatible with one another, so you can keep growing the collection, whenever the appetite for more ways to play shows up.
Can the covers be taken off the blocks?
No. For children’s safety each block is one sealed piece. You do not need to remove a cover to wash it, though. The blocks go into the washing machine whole.
Do the sets come with building instructions?
Our sets have no single instruction sheet and no single right way to play. JollyHeap supports free play: building, experimenting and creating your own way.
