Shipping and returns

We deliver orders to Poland and to European Union countries within 7 days of the payment being credited. Delivery outside the European Union takes 10–⁠14 days.

If you pay by bank transfer, we count from the day the money reaches our account, and with agreed deferred payment, from acceptance of the order.

An order with several sets ships together. Large sets travel in several boxes, which may arrive as separate parcels.

We ship with the courier company DPD and, to some countries, with another carrier we use. When your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will get an e-mail from us with the tracking number and a link to follow it.

For delivery outside the European Union, the country of destination may charge customs duty, import tax or clearance fees. They are not part of the shop price and are collected by the carrier or the customs office.

If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 days from receiving the set to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. The instructions and the model form are on the Right of withdrawal page.

1. Write to us at info@jollyheap.com with your order number before you send anything back.

2. We tell you the cost of return and the collection date. Within the European Union the cost is about €30 for every 100 blocks; for shipments from other countries we will tell you before collection.

3. The carrier collects the parcel from your address. Pack the set complete, preferably in its original box.

4. We refund your money within 14 days of your message, using the same payment method you used.

You may look at and try out the blocks as you would in a shop. This does not remove your right of withdrawal. You are liable for diminished value only if you used them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

If an item is faulty or not in conformity with the contract, write to info@jollyheap.com, describe the problem and, if you can, attach a photo. We reply within 14 days, and we cover the cost of returning goods that are not in conformity with the contract. The rules on complaints and the guarantee (3 years on the blocks, 10 years on the magnets) are in the terms and conditions.

The delivery cost depends on the country and the size of the parcel. The current price list is below; the exact amount for your whole order is shown in the cart before you place it.
