Right of withdrawal

The quickest way is the Withdraw from contract here form at the top of this page: you fill in your name, email and order number, confirm, and we immediately email you an acknowledgement of receipt with the content of your statement and the date and time it was submitted.

Write to us at info@jollyheap.com. A short message with your order number saying that you are withdrawing from the contract is enough. You can also fill in the model form at the bottom of this page or download it as a PDF.

The sets are big, so you do not have to find a courier yourself: after your message we will tell you the cost of return and arrange a date when the carrier will collect the parcel. Within the European Union the cost is about €30 for every 100 blocks. If you prefer, you can also send the goods back yourself.

We refund your money within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method you used. Delivery and return details are on the Shipping and returns page, and the full rules are in the terms and conditions.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If you ordered multiple goods that are delivered separately, the period runs from the day on which you (or the third party indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the last good; if the goods are delivered in multiple lots or pieces, from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last lot or piece.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (“JOLLY-HEAP” Svitlana Sapunova, Aleja Led 4, 55-⁠020 Rzeplin, Poland, phone +48 71 880 87 27, email info@jollyheap.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at the page Right of withdrawal of our website, using the form “Withdraw from contract here” (a button with this label is in the footer of every page). If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We will collect the goods.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 30 for every 100 blocks (for collection from a European Union country).

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
