Large soft magnetic blocks from a Polish manufacturer
Large blocks for children, sized for everything from a toddler’s small hand to a pupil’s skilled one. We make our large building blocks by hand from springy foam and tough fabric, with no hard parts and no sharp edges. The magnets are hidden inside, so a structure falls quietly and lasts for years, even with intensive building. Four shapes, thirteen colours, sets from the smallest to ones for a whole room: choose what suits your space.

Magnets in every face except the base.
Magnets and poles
The magnets are neodymium and sit inside the block. The cover is permanently sewn shut, so children cannot reach them.
Blocks connect only through opposite poles. You tell the pole by the colour of the embroidered JollyHeap wordmark: red is S, blue is N.
Block colour is the extra cue for a child, which is why every set is made of two different colours.

All sets are compatible, so the next one is added without replacing what you already have. Every set, including Numo and the Extra 16 and Extra 32 expansion sets, is suitable for children from 12 months.

Magnets inside
The shapes join by themselves when you bring blocks together at opposite poles.
Cover sewn on for good
The upholstery fabric goes in the washing machine at 30 °C together with the block.
A soft landing
A toppled tower drops to the floor like a pillow, without a crash.
X-ray inspection
Every block goes through it at the end of the production line.

Materials and make
Filling
High-resilience polyurethane foam. Springy, with shape memory: once the load is off, the block returns to its original geometry.
Cover
Upholstery fabric with a dense weave and high weight, 100% polyester. Soft to the touch, with no sharp edges and no hard parts on the outside.
Seams
Reinforced seams. The cover is permanently sewn shut, which is why it cannot be taken off.
Magnets
Neodymium, strongly attracting, placed inside the block.
One block takes 25 minutes of handwork, and six people are involved across the process. We manufacture large blocks for children: we sew them by hand in Poland, in Rzeplin near Wrocław.
Safety, standards, warranty

- Directive 2009/48/EC on the safety of toys.

- EN 71-1 mechanical and physical properties, EN 71-2 flammability, EN 71-3 migration of certain elements.
- ASTM F963-17
- The US toy safety standard. Covers all sets.
- X-ray inspection
- Every block is X-rayed at the end of the line. The check rules out sharp or foreign metal parts inside the block.
- Awards
- The “Besonders bewegend” pedagogical quality mark from the Bundesarbeitsgemeinschaft für Haltungs- und Bewegungsförderung, 2025, and Toy of the Year 2016.
- Warranty
- 36 months on the block and 10 years on the magnets.
Care
We wash the whole block rather than wiping the surface: a washing machine, up to 30 °C, a short cycle, a mild laundry detergent. No more than 6 blocks of the same colour per load. Dry at room temperature, no tumble dryer and no ironing.
