How to wash and clean soft blocks
JollyHeap blocks go into the washing machine whole, without removing the cover. So keeping toys hygienic in a setting comes down to vacuuming day to day and washing at 30 °C when they need freshening up.
Daily care
A quick vacuum keeps them free of dust day to day, with no special treatment needed.
Machine washing
When they need freshening up, the whole block goes into an automatic washing machine: a short cycle, 30 °C, a mild laundry detergent, no more than 6 blocks of the same colour per load. Dry at room temperature, away from heat sources and sunlight, with no tumble dryer and no ironing.
Safe, sealed construction
The cover is permanently sewn shut, so children can’t reach the foam or magnets inside. That’s a deliberate design choice, not a shortcut.
Material built to last
The springy foam snaps right back to its original shape, and the fabric resists abrasion, tears and repeated washing cycles.
Service after years of use
3 years of warranty and 10 years on the magnets. Once a block wears out after the warranty, we replace it at a preferential price instead of making you buy a whole new set. Individual customers also get an additional 14-day right of withdrawal.
