LEGAL GUARANTEE
Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.
Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:
- do not match the description;
- do not function as intended.
Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:
- free repair or free replacement;
- in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.
Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:
- Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue;
- Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement.
Sellers and producers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply independently from the legal guarantee. For example, you may see this GARAN label representing a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer at no additional cost and covering the entire good.
About Basic
The core set for working with a small group of children. Basic is 100 large soft magnetic blocks, 70 cubes and 30 triangles: enough for several children to build walls, hideouts, courses and builds to sit on at the same time, then take it all apart in a few minutes after the session and start again. It’s a tool that works across many activities: movement, cooperation, sensory integration and free play, without buying more resources. Soft foam with no hard edges gives the carer peace of mind, and the magnets hold structures children can sit on and lean against. It’s an investment, not an expense: the blocks are machine washable at 30 °C, stand up to intensive use and last for years, so the cost is spread over hundreds of hours of play and successive year groups. What’s in the box
The blocks are ready to play with the moment you unpack them: nothing to assemble, nothing to insert, the magnets are already inside the block. The exact block count, magnet count and recommended age are listed above the buy button.
Materials & craft
High-resilience polyurethane foam that springs back to shape, and dense upholstery fabric that resists abrasion. Neodymium magnets inside. Each block measures 12 × 12 × 12 cm and weighs up to 150 g depending on the shape. Reinforced seams. Handmade in Poland.
Care
Day to day, vacuuming or a wipe with a damp cloth is enough. For deeper dirt, the whole block goes in the wash: a short cycle, 30 °C, a mild detergent, no more than 6 blocks of the same colour per load. No tumble dryer, no ironing, no bleach and no drying in the sun. The cover doesn’t need to come off, because it is sewn shut for good, so children can’t reach the foam or the magnets.
Safety & certification
EN 71-1, EN 71-2 and EN 71-3 compliant, with CE marking (directive 2009/48/EC). No sharp edges, no hard parts, magnets sealed inside the stitching. Every block undergoes a factory X-ray inspection that confirms there are no foreign objects inside.

Warranty & shipping
3-year warranty and 10 years on the magnets. Once a block wears out after the warranty, we replace it at a preferential price instead of making you buy a whole new set. Consumers also have the 14-day right of withdrawal. Shipping is free in Poland and capped at €10 per order across the EU.
