LEGAL GUARANTEE
Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.
Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:
- do not match the description;
- do not function as intended.
Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:
- free repair or free replacement;
- in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.
Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:
- Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue;
- Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement.

Eight cubes and four triangles made of soft, springy foam, with no sharp edges. Your child can squeeze them as much as they like, and the foam always springs back into shape.

Blocks that are also a puzzle
Every set comes in two colours, and a block only joins one of the other colour. Two blocks of the same colour won’t join, so each build is a small problem for your toddler to solve. Along the way they practise hand-eye coordination, looking at the block in their hand and working out which way round it needs to go.

Magnets that hold on
To pull the blocks apart, your toddler has to feel how much force it takes and adjust their grip. That helps build body awareness, motor skills and hand strength. The blocks also help your child find their first sense of balance, and because they’re soft, a fall is far less frightening.

After playtime the floor often turns into a minefield, and at night it gets properly dangerous. Anyone who has trodden on a little plastic brick in the dark knows the feeling. Step on a JollyHeap block and the worst you’ll let out is a contented sigh.

Easy to clean
You wash the whole block in the machine on a short programme at up to 30 °C, with ordinary detergent, the same one you use for your coloured clothes. It comes out practically dry. Just don’t put it in the tumble dryer.

Add more as they grow
Pixi blocks join with every other JollyHeap set. When your child runs out of blocks, you add another set, and their builds grow along with them.
Made in Poland and hand-sewn, EN 71 certified and CE marked. Pixi is the first chapter, and your child will write the rest.

What’s in the box
The blocks are ready to play with the moment you unpack them: nothing to assemble, nothing to insert, the magnets are already inside the block. The exact block count, magnet count and recommended age are listed above the buy button.
Materials & craft
High-resilience polyurethane foam that springs back to shape, and dense upholstery fabric that resists abrasion. Neodymium magnets inside. Each block measures 12 × 12 × 12 cm and weighs up to 150 g depending on the shape. Reinforced seams. Handmade in Poland.
Care
Day to day, vacuuming or a wipe with a damp cloth is enough. For deeper dirt, the whole block goes in the wash: a short cycle, 30 °C, a mild detergent, no more than 6 blocks of the same colour per load. No tumble dryer, no ironing, no bleach and no drying in the sun. The cover doesn’t need to come off, because it is sewn shut for good, so children can’t reach the foam or the magnets.
Safety & certification
EN 71-1, EN 71-2 and EN 71-3 compliant, with CE marking (directive 2009/48/EC). No sharp edges, no hard parts, magnets sealed inside the stitching. Every block undergoes a factory X-ray inspection that confirms there are no foreign objects inside.

Warranty & shipping
3-year warranty and 10 years on the magnets. Once a block wears out after the warranty, we replace it at a preferential price instead of making you buy a whole new set. Consumers also have the 14-day right of withdrawal. Shipping is free in Poland and capped at €10 per order across the EU.
